Located in a privileged region, with altitudes between 1,100 and 1,280m, Mantissa Farm produces high quality coffea Arabica.
The main cultivated varieties are Yellow Bourbon, Red and Yellow Catuaí, Yellow Catucaí, Mundo Novo, Obatã, Arara and Icatu.
Attentive to technology and innovation, Mantissa was one of the first farms in the region to invest in equipment for peeling and pulping coffee.
Mantissa Farm was a finalist in the 15th to 20th Edition of the Ernesto Illy Sustainable Quality Coffee Award, and in the 17th edition it reached third place, certifying the team's performance and passion.
Being close to the producer is one of our greatest assets. This is due to the Minas Gerais region that maintains its tradition and, especially, its receptivity. With open doors, we are ready to welcome everyone with their experiences about farming, harvesting, post-harvesting and storage.
